Cooking for a Cause is a collection of recipes by The Pediatric Brain Tumor Program at UF & Shands Children's Hospital. The book was compiled by Susan Schild Ling in memory of her son, Brandon Ling, who passed away at the age of nine from a pediatric brain tumor. The cookbook has recipes for everyone for every occassion, including appetizers & beverages, soups & salads, main dishes, desserts and cookies & candy!
