93.7 K Country, WIND-FM & 352today Bear-A-Thon is an annual event held in February. Volunteers are needed to answer donor calls to gather their informaiton for the donation of a bear and/or chemo duck. In partnership with UF Health, the bears are given to children with cancer and their siblings while the duck is given to children receiving chemotherpay. The duck is used to expain the chemo port and how to care for it.

The Gainesville Street Rods host an amazing car show in the spring each year supporting Stop Children's Cancer!! Volunteers help at the Stop table and sell raffle tickets.

The Fantsy Event is an annual gala taking place in the spring. This event is a very fun party, typically with a theme. Volunteers are needed throughout the day for a variety of tasks, ie. set up, registration, auction monitors, check out, clean up, etc...

The Bob Dooley Invitational Golf Tournament takes place in the spring and supports Stop Children's Cancer. Volunteers are needed for a variety of tasks throughout the day and day before.

Stop Children's Cancer will host the 30th Annual Chairty Golf Classic.Volunteers help throughout the day with a variety of needs, ie. registration, hole monitoring, auction check out, etc...

Fall 2025

Kickin' It Martial Arts Tournament occurs in the fall each year. Kids of all school ages come out and compete in a variety of  events. Volunteers are needed for registration, score keeping, auction monitoring, set up and clean up.
